1890s Photo of Preteen Girl - Late 19th Century Girls Fashion and Hair Style Photo great_gorge_route where many trials of nationalThis darling young lady exudes 1890s style in a lovely cabinet card from 1890s Williamsburg, PA. Her pulled back hair is secured with a bow, as was the fashion with bows in the era "the bigger the better"! Her beautiful jacket, with matching trim along the collar and hem, puffs out at the sleeve, just like the ladies' sleeves at the time. A darling heart shaped necklace, perhaps a locket, sits just above her large, floppy bow tie to complete the look.
