Crafted from nine botanicals at the Hebridean Isle of Harris Distillery, it offers a snapshot of the flavours of the island. Hand harvested sugar kelp is front and centre, giving a real maritime influence. It lines up alongside coriander seed, cubeb pepper, bitter orange peel, angelica root, cassia bark, orris root, liquorice root and, of course, juniper to keep the
