Vintage Bureau - Writing Desk Bureau that is only really visibleThis sturdy vintage writing desk came to me in great condition but was in need of an update. Heavy layers of high gloss varnish were sanded away taking the bureau back to bare wood. Having decided to keep the drawers exposed, the wood was then treated to some TLC with Osmo oil to bring out the grain. The main body has been given three coats of Fusion Mineral paint in Midnight Blue with the interior being painted in Champness, a co ordinating pale
